Server Infrastructure
A server in your office that runs your tools, keeps your files in sync, answers with a private AI and backs itself up every night. Built from parts you own, reachable from anywhere, with no monthly cloud bill growing behind your back.
Built with
What that actually means
Starting prices, public like everything else.
Hardware is bought by you, at cost, from a parts list we agree on together. Setup is paid once. The monthly fee is optional and covers monitoring, updates and backup checks.
How a server project runs
Four stages, running within two weeks.
Map what you run
We list the tools, files and workloads you actually use, how much storage they need and who needs access from where. That decides the parts, not a catalogue.
Parts list and build
You get a parts list with prices, you buy it or we do. We assemble, install Linux, harden it and bring every service up in Docker so it can be rebuilt from a file.
Access, backups, AI
Remote access for your team, nightly backups to a second place, and the private AI models if you chose them. We restore a backup in front of you before we call it done.
Handover and watch
A written runbook in plain words, monitoring that alerts us, and a monthly note on what changed. You own the machine and every password on it.
Straight answers
The questions people actually ask before hiring us.
Why a server in the office instead of the cloud?+
Because for most small teams the cloud is a monthly bill for things a single machine does for years. Files, internal tools, backups and a private AI all run fine on one box you own. The cloud stays for the public website and anything that must survive your office losing power.
What happens if the server dies?+
Backups run every night to a second disk and, if you want, off site. Every service is defined in a file, so a replacement machine is rebuilt in an afternoon from the backup. We restore one in front of you at handover.
Can I reach it from home or from the road?+
Yes, through a private network layer. Your devices see the server as if they were in the office, and nobody else on the internet sees it at all. No open ports, no VPN appliances to buy.
Is the AI really private?+
The models run on the server's own graphics card. Your documents and prompts never leave the building and there is no usage bill. The trade off is honest: a local model is weaker than the biggest cloud ones, so we use it for the repetitive work and keep a cloud model for the hard questions if you want one.
Do I need someone technical on my team?+
No. You get a runbook in plain words and the monthly plan if you want us watching it. If you do have someone technical, they get root and the documentation and can take it over any time.
Honest limits
What we do not promise.
Tell us what you pay the cloud for.
List the subscriptions and the files you keep elsewhere. You get back a parts list, a setup price and what it replaces, in writing, before anything is bought.
