A direct-booking website for a private apartment owner.
Schiller Apartments is a privately owned rental property. Like most private hosts, the owner depended entirely on booking platforms to be found — with their commissions and their rules.
The Challenge
The property needed its own front door: a place where guests could see real photos, get real information in their own language, and book directly. It had to feel as trustworthy as a booking platform listing, without the middleman.
The Approach
We built a bilingual EN/RO site so both international visitors and Romanian guests get the full experience in their language.
Real photography of the apartments was shot and deployed — no stock images — presented in a custom-built gallery.
A calm green visual palette was designed around the property's character rather than a generic hotel look.
After launch, we set up and now manage a Google Ads campaign targeting booking-intent searches, optimized continuously for cost-per-lead.
